When will my Scheduled Calls list get updated?
Your Scheduled list comprises of all the follow-ups that you have set and the call that you or the agents have missed.
After you complete a Click2Call only hen the foolow-up or the missed call will move to Completed section. If the follow-up is not attended to or unsuccessful then the follow-up or missed call will remain in the Scheduled section.
This will help check how many calls still are pending.
