Can the calls be recorded and do we get any analysis dashboard?
Every call made or received via SuperRecpetionist is recorded for future reference. For your outbound campaigns, a report will be generated after every campaign has been completed. You can get a quick view of the campaign status by hovering over the campaign ID under 'Campaign Log' tab:
You can even download a detailed report by clicking on the arrow under the 'Report' column.
