Who will create the script for outbound calls?
With our new outbound solution, you can benefit from a customised IVR. This means that you get the choice to send us the exact script you wish to play on your OBD and we will get it recorded for you. Also, you can get your script/message recorded and upload it on the webapp.
In case of campaign solution the sound file will be reviewed before it can used for campaign. The sound file that you upload will be sent to our team for review. Once the team approves the file only then you can use the sound file in a campaign. If the team disapproves then the sound file cannot be used for creating a campaign.
Please ensure that you leave sufficient time between uploading the sound file and initiating a campaign.
