Why do I see older calls under Scheduled calls ?
Your Scheduled list comprises of all the follow-ups that you have set and the call that you or the agents have missed.
If the follow-up is not attended to or unsuccessful then the follow-up or missed call will remain in the Scheduled section.
This will help check how many calls still are pending.
