How can I create an IVR for my Campaign?
Creating an IVR is a fairly easy thing to do if you know the basics of setting up a SuperReceptionist account. All you have to do is visit the 'Settings' tab and go to 'Call Flow'.
Then select your Enterprise plan, on which you wish to create the IVR.
Under 'Advanced Settings', you will see 'Create new IVR'.
Click on it to start creating your IVR.
All the IVR's that you create will be available. You have the option to delete or copy an IVR. The IVR present can be used to create an campaign.
