How can I make outbound calls?

You or your agents can make outbound calls by using Click to call (C2C) feature in SuperReceptionist (SR).

For initiating an outbound call in the SR, follow the below mentioned steps:

1. Ask you agent to set himself in Not-available status.

2. Use Click to Call (C2C) from the SR panel to initiate the call to your client. For additional details on making C2C on SR, please check the following link: how-to-trigger-C2C

3. Once, you or your agents completes all the Outbound calling, please reset your agent status to Available, or other appropriate status.
