What is the level of access granted to an Agent?
Your agents can have their very own SuperReceptionist agent account. When you are adding an agent to your SuperReceptionist account, you can generate independent login details for them. These details are sent to the agents on their numbers. When they login in, they will have limited access to the account. The following fields are available to them:
Insights Tab - They can see their activities here along with their follow-up schedule and performance charts.
Calls & SMS Tab - This section will show only their outgoing calls and the missed calls. The call logs of their team members will be restricted from them.
CRM Tab - The CRM tab will give access to the customer details stored by the agent.
Support Tab - This will remain unaffected and will give the agent access to our help section.
Agents will not have access to the 'Settings' tab or to 'Account' tab.
