When I upload the KYC document, I get a file error. What should I do?

Please ensure that the following conditions have been met while uploading documents on the KYC tab in your panel:


  1. The file is only in JPG, JPEG, TIFF, PNG or PDF format.
  2. The file should be less than 2 MB in size.
  3. The file name should not contain any special characters or spaces as only alphanumeric names are accepted.
If all these conditions are being met, you should be able to successfully upload the documents. In case you still get an error notification, please share a screenshot with us on support@knowlarity.com and we will check this at our end.
