How can agents set their status?

How can agents set their status?

Agents can set their status from the top right corner of their SuperReceptionist panel.



By default, the status is set at 'Available' after log-in. You can know this by the Green dot next to your name.


To change the status, simply click on the drop-down next to 'Available' and choose the appropriate status.



Once you change the status to 'Not Available', the dot next to your profile name will change to Red.



Once you change the status to 'On Break', the dot next to your profile name will change to Yellow



By default, the agent status recorded in the system while the agent is logged out is 'Not Available'.
