Can I call a DND/DNC number?
As per TRAI guidelines, you will not be able to call DND numbers without their prior permission.
There are 2 ways to call a DND/DNC number from your SuperReceptionist account.
1. Whitelisting: It allows you to contact your customers who are in DND/DNC registry. To find out how to whitelist DND numbers, please click here.
2. Legal Agreement: You can submit an Indemnity Bond requesting Knowlarity to allow you reach your customers. This provision has been specially made for customers who contact you outside of Knowlarity platform. To find out how, please click here.
You can also visit http://dnd.knowlarity.com/ to check if a number is listed on the DNC registry. For more details regarding National Do Not Call (NDNC) violations, please visit the customer reference portal of TRAI here.
