What is Fallback rule? How do I set it?
Fallback rule is when a call is not attended to and will be diverted to the default rule.
Here is how you can set the Fallback Rule on your SuperReceptionist Panel:
- Login to your SuperReceptionist Panel
- Go to "After Answer" in "Call Flow" under "Settings" tab and click on "Edit"

- Click on "Yes" for "Enable Fallback rule" under "Action Settings"

Congratulations! You have now successfully enabled the fallback rule for your SuperReceptionist number.
