What is Click-to-Call Dialler?
Click-to-Call dialler is the C2C widget that we have in the web app.
In the mobile app the dialler is available on the following screen: Scheduled Calls, Contacts and Call logs. As soon as you click on the dialler a new page opens. O
On the page you need to enter the customer number. Then select the SR/Caller-id number and the Agent with whom you wish to connect the customer.
