What are the timelines for submitting the documents? What happens if they are not submitted within the given deadline?

The user is required to submit the documents within 7 days after the activation of the SuperReceptionist account.

In case the documents are not uploaded in time, the account will be suspended temporarily. Thereafter, the user will have 30 days to submit the requisite documents, failing which, the account will be deactivated permanently.

You can choose to submit documents after the account has been deleted and we will provide you with the services for the remainder of your subscription, however, we cannot guarantee that the services will be activated on the same number.

Additionally, we will not be able to entertain any requests for extension of services in lieu of the time lapsed due to non-submission of KYC and the resultant suspension of the account.

Please note: The user will not be eligible for a refund in case of cancellation of services due to non-submission of KYC documents.
