How to migrate from Zoho CRM integration (V2) to Knowlarity - Zoho PhoneBridge integration(V3)
Existing customers needs to follow the below steps to get migrated from Knowlarity - Zoho CRM integration (V2) to Knowlarity - Zoho PhoneBridge integration(V3)
Step 1: Disable existing Knowlarity - Zoho CRM integration from Knowlarity portal. SR admin>Settings>Integrations
Step 2: Once they disable the integration from Knowlarity portal, In Zoho CRM under Setup > Channels > Telephony , "Enable PhoneBridge" will be available. Administrator has to click on "Enable PhoneBridge" to enable PhoneBridge service for their Organization .
Step 3: To Enable Knowlarity - Zoho PhoneBridge integration refer to the following article.
