How to Send/Receive Fax?




Sending faxes is as easy as attaching a file to your email.

  1. To send a fax just address your email to recipient's fax number followed by @superfax.in.

  1. Our system will send the attachement to the recipient's fax number and also send sms/email confirmation at your end.

  2. You can also send faxes from your account by logging onto www.knowlarity.com/sf


All faxes sent to your SuperFax number are be available as PDF attachment right inside your inbox, so you don't have to be in office to receive that important document.

One can also send fax through email by sending an email with an attachment to <fax-number>@superfax.in The Fax number should be in format<Stdcode fax-number>.e.g to send fax to 0124 - 4100141 the fax number should be specified as 01244100141.For international,The format should be 00<country code><fax-number>.




In the Send-Fax screen-shot that one can see above consists of several options such as:


  1. Plan: This shows the detailed Plan Name with the time frame for which Fax Plan is valid for.

  2. To: Here one needs to enter the Fax Number where the fax needs to be sent over. One can also Check Fax Rates based on the region/location where the Fax Number is from.

  3. Remaining Coins: This shows the available coins balance in your Super Fax account

  4. My Document File 1/File 2: Using this option one gets an option to choose the File to be sent to the destination number via Fax.

  5. Fax File: This function gives and option to browse Fax Document available into the system which further can also be added to your list of documents option
