How to Integrate with LeadSquared using UTC

Integrate SuperReceptionist with LeadSquared Universal Telephony Connector (UTC)

SuperReceptionist  (SR) is a personal reception hosted virtually in a cloud telephony environment.

If you are using SuperReceptionist for your business, you can integrate it with LeadSquared to capture the lead with its phone number directly in your LeadSquared account.

  1. Integration of SR with UTC application in LeadSquared will allows you to
  • Track incoming calls from customers.

  • Create leads with phone numbers.

  • Creates a task about a particular call.

  • Initiate Outbound Calls from LeadSquared.

  1. Prerequisites
      1. You must be an Admin User of your LeadSquared & SuperReceptionist account.
      2. Your SuperReceptionist panel should be in Advance Plan or above to make use of SuperReceptionist integrations
      3. Your LeadSquared plan must support telephony integration.
      4. You are using Knowlarity’s SuperReceptionist service which is configured and active.
Procedure

To integrate Leadsquared UTC with SuperReceptionist follow steps below:

Goto Leadsquared > APPS > Apps Marketplace.  In the search box provided search  like below:


Click on the “INSTALL” button and it will start installing.





After it is installed, you need to configure it. Click on the “Configure” link


It will open up a window asking to “Click to Add Connector”. Click on that link




Select Connector Type as LeadSquared Generic Telephony Connector give it a Name and click on Add  button as shown below:



After adding the generic connector, Goto SR -> Settings -> Integrations. Under the Integrations section, click on Leadsquared UTC “Enable Now” button.



After clicking on it you will see page like below:










Now head over to Leadsquared Telephony Connector and goto Agent Popup API section. 

  • Copy the Agent Popup API URL.

  • Check Enable checkbox. 

  • Hit the Save button.






Now go back to SR page and paste the copied URL into Agent Popup URL section as shown below:


Head again to Leadsquared Connector and click on the Call Log API section. Copy the Call log URL:









Again go back to SR and paste the copied URL into Call Log URL section as shown below:


Next choose the Virtual Numbers you want to integrate. You can also map SR agents against the Virtual Numbers. 

This is useful incase of C2C initiated from Leadsquared. So if you have purchased CLIs from SuperReceptionist and want the agents to use dedicated CLI for C2C calling, you can use this.



Click on “Enable” button and the setup at the SR end is done. You will get a successful integration notification on top right section of the SR page like below:




After this, head back to the Leadsquared Connector and go to the Virtual Numbers section. Here add all the Virtual Numbers that you have integrated at SuperReceptionist End like below:


Configuring C2C at Leadsquared-

Use the URL below-

The above url needs to be replaced by actual SR_API_KEY from your SR account. This can be found under SR > Settings > Call Flow > Plan setting > API KEY section like shown below:




To enable Click to Call functionality you need to head back to Leadsquared connector and go to Click 2 Call section. 

  • Paste the above created URL in the URL section. 

  • Fill the Response Keyword section with value response.

  • Check Enable checkbox

  • Hit “Save” button

  • You will see a message “Click2Call Configuration saved successfully” upon successful setup


















Head to your profile section in Leadsquared and add your phone number in which you are expecting the calls to land in the Phone field. Also check the checkbox against Show Phone Call Popup and click Save button like below:
