How to change the call mode on SR

How to change the call mode on SR

  • Login to your account
  • Go to 'My Receptionist' tab
  • Go to the extension in which you need to change the call mode and click on Edit.
  • Click on Add Rule and a window will pop-up
  • A window will pop-up where you will see the call mode option.
  • From the drop down you can select from the call mode available(Sequential, Round Robin and Parallel).
  • Click on Update on the top right of the window to have the changes come into effect.
