How to activate Conference on SR

  • Login to your SR account
  • Go to 'My Receptionist' tab
  • Go to After Answer
  • Click on Add Rule and a window will pop-up
  • From the Action drop down menu, select Conference
  • If in the caller field you type in the Caller Number then only those number will come in conference but the number should be in International format (For example:- +918860632896).
  • If no number is there in caller field then all the people calling on the SR/Toll Free No will be in conference by dialing the extension specified for it.
