How does the activity tab work in Insights?
The activity tab works differently for each of these categories in Insights:
a) New vs. Returning will reflect details on how many existing and new customers have called you.
b) Answered vs. Missed, will showcase the number of calls missed and attended to.
c) Geographies will help you categorically track the total number of calls received and from which region.
