How do I setup email notifications?
You can follow these actions to enable email notifications:
- 
Login to your SuperReceptionist account 
 

- 
Go to ‘Settings’
- Select ‘Call Flow’ 
 

- 
Click on the ‘Edit’ button against the rule for which you need to the enable notification 
 

- 
Toggle the ‘Enable Notifications’ button to ‘Yes’ 
 

- 
Enter the email ID to which the notification has to be sent 
 

- 
Select the template for the success and failure alert from the drop down list based on your requirement and click save.
