How do I know if my call has been successfully placed?
As soon as you click on the Click2Call icon that is present corresponding to all the contacts on all the screens,You will see a pop-up say "Your call has been placed successfully".
You or your agent would reieve a call first and on successfully picking the call the next call will be initiated to your customer. If the customer picks the call only then you or agent will be patched with the customer.
We would recommend you to wait for a couple of minute before reciving a call. This is becuase there are times when there is network error and internet connection is slow.
