How do I integrate SuperReceptionist with HubSpot CRM ?

SuperReceptionist is a personal reception hosted virtually in a cloud telephony environment.
Integrating SuperReceptionist with HubSpot solution unlocks advantages which streamline service communications while providing support reps with access to a wide range of valuable data.
SuperReceptionist connector in Hubspot allows you to-
Make outbound calls using Click-to-Call feature

  1. Track outbound calls which are initiated from Hubspot
  2. Take notes, update call outcome update lifecycle stage for the most recent call
  3. Create contact with phone number
  4. Create call engagement for each calL.

CASE WALKTHROUGH

  1. Inbound Call 

           Call Engagement will be created  but call popup won’t be shown

  1. C2C call

  • C2C call from Hubspot

As the call progresses call status will be changed in the plugin. Refer images in previous section and call engagement will be created at the end of the call

  • C2C happening from API/SR widget

                       Call Engagement will be created  but call popup won’t be shown

  1. OBD call

Call Engagement will be created but call popup won’t be shown

  1. OBDCC call

Call Engagement will be created but call popup won’t be shown

How to enable this integration for an account?

Prerequisites:

  • You must be an Admin User of your Hubspot account.

  • Your SuperReceptionist panel should be in Advance Plan or above to make use of SuperReceptionist integrations

  • You are using Knowlarity’s SuperReceptionist service which is configured and active

Procedure:

  • Enabling Hubspot

  1. Login to your SuperReceptionist account

  2. Navigate to ‘Settings’

  3. Go to ‘Integrations’

  4. Click on ‘Enable Now’ below Hubspot

 

 

 

 

  1. Click on ‘Sign in to HubspotV2’ button

 

 

  1. After clicking on sign in button the integrations page redirects you to the Hubspot authorization page. If you are not already logged in hubspot. Login page of Hubspot will appear. Use your credentials to log in to your Hubspot account

 

 

  1. Grant access 

  1. After granting access, the web page redirects back to SuperReceptionist. 

  • Select one or more SR Number(Business Number)

  • Provide Agent Wrap up time. Minimum should be 30. This is the time given to agent to take some actions(take call notes, select outcome,  select lifecycle stage in the SuperReceptionist app) for a call

  • Map each SR Agent with Hubspot owner and preferred SR Number

Outbound call from hubspot for an agent will be routed through its mapped SR Number

 

 

  1. Click on Enable
