Integrate Knowlarity SuperReceptionist with Zoho

SuperReceptionist (SR) is a personal reception hosted virtually in a cloud telephony environment.

If you are using SuperReceptionist for your business, you can integrate it with Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Mail and Zoho One) .

Zoho SuperReceptionist plugin allows you to

Get notifications in Zoho products for incoming and outgoing calls.

Add description to calls.

Create Objects (like Lead/Contact/Task etc) for calls.

Prerequisites

You must be the Admin User of your Zoho Account.

SR panel should be in Premium Plan to use SR integrations. (or above)

Your Zoho plan supports telephony integration.

You are using the SuperReceptionist (Knowlarity) service. It is configured and active.

Step 1. Goto SR integration page in SR(https://sr.knowlarity.com/sr/#/settings/integrations) and select Zoho and click on enable.

Step 2. Click on sign in to ZOHOV3:

Step 3. Sign in to Zoho:

Step 4. Accept integration:

Step 5. This will redirect to SR page where you can map Zoho users with SR agents:

Step 6. Select SR numbers and map the Zoho users to SR agents and click on enable.
