How do I integrate Click-to-Call with my CRM, which is third party?

To enable Click-to-Call, our outbound facility directly through URL or to add the widget  on your site, please follow the following steps:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account 
  • Go to ‘Settings’ 
  • View ‘Plan Settings’ and click on Click-to-Call Widget

Please note:

a) Choose whether you want to directly provide a number for Click-to-Call or select from the existing list of agents.

b) Once the number or agent(s) is provided, you can click ‘Generate’ url. You can integrate this link(url) on your website.
