How do I enable SMS notifications?
You can follow these steps to ensure your SMS notifications are enabled:

Login to your SuperReceptionist account

Go to ‘Settings’ - Select ‘Call Flow’

Click on the ‘Edit’ button against the rule for which you need to enable a notification

Toggle the ‘Enable Notifications’ button to ‘Yes’

Select the template for the caller from the drop down list
