How do I delete or edit email templates?

How do I delete or edit email templates?

You can follow these actions to delete or edit email templates:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account 


  • Go to 'Settings' and select ‘Templates’ 


  • Select ‘Emails’ 


  • Navigate To the 'Email' tab, and click on 'Italic pen' icon on the top right hand corner 
  • Select 'Edit' or 'Trash' icon to delete the template


Important: Please note that it may take upto 10-15 minutes for the template to be available to use. Also, these templates are subject to review for objectionable content. Any content in violation of a user's privacy or the law, will be taken down immediately.
