How do I configure rules to create my IVR flow?

You can follow these actions to configure rules and create your own IVR flow:

  • Login to your SuperReceptionist account and navigate to 'Settings' tab. Then select the ‘Call Flow’ tab and click on ‘Rules’ 
  • In the 'Before Answer' section, you can upload the welcome and call transfer sounds 
  • In the 'After Answer' section, you can define extensions and hold sounds 
  • In the 'Default Answer' section, you can set fall back rules for phone, voicemail, sound, SMS and email notifications
  • Select the ‘Agents’ tab to add call transfer agents 
  • Select ‘Sounds’ to upload the welcome sound-extension sound and hold music recordings 
  • SMS and email templates are maintained in the ‘Template’ section 
  • Customised CRM integration can be done in the ‘Hook API’ section
