How do I blacklist or restrict callers on SuperReceptionist?

The following steps will help you restrict callers on SuperReceptionist:


  • Log in to your account
  • Go to 'Settings' tab
  • Go to 'Call Flow'



  • Click on 'Add Rule' and a window will pop-up
  • From the 'Action' drop down menu, select Blacklist



  • In the caller field, type the Caller Number that you need to blacklist.
  • The number should be in International format (For example:- +919999999999)
  • You can add maximum 10 numbers in 1 rule which would be separated by a comma



  • Click on 'Save Rule' and come out of the open window 
  • Now drag the rule on the top as SR follows rules from top to bottom.


Important: Please note that you can add up to 10 numbers in the '+91' format, separated by a comma (,). To blacklist series of numbers, write +91, then the start of the series, followed by an asterisk (*). For eg. +91999*. Once you save the rule, remember to drag it to the top of the rules list to prioritize it.
