Can I edit customer details ?
Yes, you can edit the customer details in your app.
To update a customer details, you can follow the steps mentioned below:
- Click on a particular contacts from any of the following screens: Scheduled, Calls and Contact.
- The contact details page would open up.
- On scrolling down the contact details page, you will see the Profile tab.
- On clicking the profile tab you will notice a pencil shaped icon.
- Click the pencil shaped edit button you will be redirected to the Update contact page where you can edit the Contact name, number, status and Company name.
You can pull to refresh the screen to check the updated contact details. These details will also be updated in your web app.
