Can I check my credit balance?

You can check your credit balance for each of your plans in the Settings section. 


You will have to click Settings option on the left main menu. On the Settings screen you will see two tabs : Credits and About. 


Under the Credits section you will be able to see all your credits plan wise. You can also check if the credits are critical, low or good enough. 


  1. If the credit icon on the right is red then your credit balance is critical. 
  2. If it is orange then it is low, you would still need to recharge. 
  3. If it is green then the credits are sufficient.


This will also tell you on which plan you will not be able to initiate Click 2 Call. If you wish to recharge your credits then you can refer to the following article: How can I recharge my credit balance?
