We recently launched a feature - Try it before you buy it for our virtual numbers. The overwhelming interest from the folks got us thinking, why just virtual numbers and not entire plans?
Why should I sign-up for Free Trial plan?
Will there be any difference between Free Trial and its equivalent paid plan?
Free Trial plan comes to you as an independent solution. This is only available in the self-serve mode, which means assisted set-up for your free account will not be available.
Yes, KYC Documents are mandatory as regulated by the Department of Telecommunications. Without proper identity and proof of business, your services will be suspended within 7 days of signing up for the plan. Knowlarity will not be responsible for any loss of data in this scenario. Additionally, plan validity will not be extended.
Definitely! You can download the app on Google Play and App Store from here and explore your account on-the-go.
Yes, you will get all the call details under this plan for up to 30 days only. We will be unable to store the logs post expiry.
In case you use all your credit balance, the free trial plan does not allow you to purchase additional credits. You will have to upgrade your plan to a paid version to add credits to your account.
There is no such mandate. You can upgrade to a higher plan if you wish. However, in case you decide to downgrade your plan, your account’s settings will be reset to sync your account with the new plan.
Absolutely! Your number preference will be stored with us for up to one week after expiry. In this time, you can purchase a new plan with the same number. If you choose to buy a plan after one week, a number will be automatically allocated to you. You can also request a premium/special number at this stage.
